I was put on 5yrs probation for 2nd degree assault. 2 of which are supervised. 4/12/2012.On 10/8/2012 I was charged w/ dui.On 7/1/2013 I got a PBJ w/18mos. Super. Prob.. Will I b violated.My lawyer says no because a PBJ is not a conviction but people. Are sayn the guilty plea 2 get the PBJ is.& if I am not violated. Won't violate because it happened so long ago also I did not take breathalyzer,nor was I fingerprinted &processed at any jail.. I signed a paper and received a summons because a friend came 2 pic me up..

You don't need a conviction in order to be violated... All you need to do is violate the rules... One of the rules is to report ALL police contact... So, if you DIDN'T immediately notify your PO that you got a ticket, that alone can violate you.
