I hate to say the obvious, but you have to get her to a vet asap. A few years ago my old girl vomited everything up that she tried to eat. For her it was megacolon. She was all backed up and now she is on a med twice a day and doing great. But it could be many other things. I'd not let it go on much longer. I know it's tough when things happen on a weekend, but fortunately tomorrow is a Monday. Good luck. Hope she'll be OK.
