Well I have this “friend” it's a girl we knew each other for a couple of years now and before she wanted us to start dating and I turned her down but now its like totally the other way around and I asked her "how does she feel about me" but every time I bring up that than she either tells me that she has to go home or she tells me that "she can't tell me that".

So personally I don't know what to do. Any one female want to help?

Asking someone how they feel about you is self-centered, lazy, and cold.
If you truly like her tell her all the reasons you like her, and do it with creativity and thoughtfulness.
Plus you are the one who turned her down before, so you have to work on this extra hard.
Practice here if you want: tell us what is wonderful about her. But be sure to tell her second.

No one can do anything, you can tell them how you feel, never ask them how they feel about you, they will always be nice even if they don't feel that way.

You can not make someone like you as a date (boy or girl friend)

She feels rejected and well she should, now she is afraid of further rejection. How old are you both?

Tell her you were young and dumb but now that your older and realize that she has a lot of great qualities and in time if she ever decides you would love to date her
