I am 38.5 weeks pregnant. I have been having spotting for a week straight now. Today I also had a small gush of blood that was more than a couple teaspoons worth of blood. I mentioned the spotting to my Dr at my appointment a few days ago and she didn't seem concerned. Should I get checked out or call my dr? What could this be?
