    How does reproduction work?
Hello, the other day my fiancé and I were fooling around, but there was no penetration. His hand was down by my area there was definitely contact. Our clothes stayed on, and he didn't finish but I'm pretty sure there was precum. I am on birthcontrol and the brand I am on right now I have been on for a month. We fooled around on the last day of the regular pills right before the sugar pills. I was wondering if there was a large chance that I could get pregnant from this.

Do you know how sex and reproduction works? Maybe you should refrain from sex until you learn a little bit so we don't have yet another unwanted pregnancy.

Where did this "precum" come from? If your clothes remained on and all he did was put his hand down your pants, then where did it come from. If he was doing himself and got some on his hand and then put his hand a t your vagina, then there is a remote possibility of pregnancy.

Otherwise, I agree, you need to better understand how sex and reproduction work.

Let's talk about probability too. You asked about a 'large chance.' That is not really meaningful, given that if you fall in the 'small chance' group, you are still 100% pregnant.

I would say that based on what you wrote here, there is an extremely small chance of being pregnant:
    - you have begun the pill, even if it's only the first month
    - you had your clothes on
    - pre-ejaculate contains little to no sperm (although you don't know how much HIS contains, nor do you know if maybe it was really ejaculate starting)
    - it would take a supreme effort on the part of a sperm to get from his hand into your vagina , into your uterus, and up your fallopian tube.
Congratulations on wanting to be careful.

For pregnancy, sperm has to enter you, if someone had or got sperm on hands, and it was inserted, yes, pregnancy can happen.

There is not much of a chance, but yes, there is a chance
