I am have really bad pain in the upper right part have my stomach and when ever I eat I fell nausea. What should I do

Upper right is commonly a gall bladder problem (not saying that's what it is, of course - you could have an ulcer, or a problem with the valve at the top of the intestine... etc).
For gall bladder, you would probably have an ultrasound, and surgery. I was in and out of the hospital in about 4 hours, most of that waking up time. I have 3 small incision scars. I took one pain pill that night and that was it. Other people need a longer recovery, especially if they do physical labor.
