All for a sudden, the door of out 2 year old Kenmore Ultrawash wouldn't shut with ease. We had to make some effort to shut it. Then, a few house later, it wouldn't start once the door wash shut completely. We have power to it, but when we push Normal Wash, Heated Dry, Start (our usual settings) the light next to the start button just blinks. We have tried to reset it by doing the "key dance" of pushing buttons as recommended, but to no avail. Then the light just blinks and beeps! Please recommend what to do next. I hate dealing with Sears repairs.

Hi carol and welcome, since you noticed a problem shutting the door I would suspect it as the problem. If the door switch goes bad the dishwasher won't start. Good luck
