It is foolish and dangerous to diagnose health issues without a physical exam and lab work.

You need to see a Physician.

You have very little options here. As Judy said, we can't diagnose you. If you have all this going on, you need to see a doctor.

If you are in the U.S. you can go to the ER without insurance. You may have to wait a while, but you will be seen by a doctor.

Agree in US, the ER has to see you, blacking out is dangerous, can be many things,

In the USA most hospitals have grants so that if you are below a certain financial level you can apply for the grant. In Pennsylvania for example one of the grants is the Hill Burton grant, then some hospitals have their own grants, for example Children's hosp of Pa has CHIPS.

We don't know your gender, age, weight, history, family history, or general health!
    That's just for starters.
'Look bloated' - did it go away when you passed gas?
When was your last bowel movement?
'Blacked out' - actually fell unconscious on the ground, or got dizzy and vision blacked out?
Was it hot out? Are you DRINKING plenty of WATER??
Please answer ALL questions clearly or get offline and get thee to a clinic.
