Okay so I've been in my period since last Monday and I thought I ended yesterday because I had only a very small amout of blood and today I still had a small amout of blood! Why is it still not completely done!! I'm so scared because tomorrow I'm going swimming for the forth of July! And I don't won't to have a spell and bleed!! And I'm not allowed to wear tampons and I'm scared to! So please please help me!

Well, the relatively cold water of the pool or lake you will be swimming in might increase the bleeding. And you can't wear a pad while swimming. You probably will have to stay dry or just wade in the water.
