    Dog not eating
My dog vomited 5 times, I took him to the vet the gave him meds and even stay overnight . Vet said it was fine And send her home, the ved even did a blood test and it was clear. But my dog is still vomiting and doesn't want to eat anything . Do you have any advice ?

My best advice is take your dog to another vet for a second opinion. There is always a good reason why a dog will not eat. Is your dog drinking water? How old is your dog, and what kind of dog is it ? Is this a new dog for you or have you had the dog for a long time?

See, you didn't give us enough information.

It may just take some time. When my puppy was vomiting and had diarrhea last week, she was given two meds and had X-rays. The vet said if she wasn't eating, drinking, and going pee/poop within 24 hours, then she needed to be seen again.

When did the vomiting start? Has it been since the beginning, non stop, or was she fine and then started vomiting?

What tests did your vet do, only a blood test?

If this vomiting has been going on since you got the pup, I would get an x-ray done to rule out an enlarged esophagus, or anything else. Sadly we can't give a diagnosis online, you'll have to ask for more tests from your vet or another in order to figure out what's causing this. We can only guess.
