I have been trying to get pregnant and have all the symptoms.. extreme indigestion, nausea, fatigue etc.. today I began bleeding fairly heavily.. IM wondering if this is my period or could it be implantation bleeding.. pregnancy test is negative.. IM really distraught because I've been so sick.

None of those are symptoms of a pregnancy... there are none the first few months before your boobs start to change and you start to show. Before then the only actual symptom are missed periods.

Until you are two weeks late it's a waste of time or money to test because it will likely be negative. After two weeks late is the time to test... and only first thing in the AM... the first time you pee.

However... I'm guessing that's your period and you aren't.
