    My husband has one swollen testicle and it is really hurting what should he do as a home remedy to stop it

    Well, let's see - it could be a twisting of the spermatic cord (testicular torsion).
    That means the blood flow to the testicle is blocked. It's painful and the surrounding tissue and testicle "die." Emergency surgical intervention is almost always necessary.

    It could be nothing.

    I wouldn't take the chance. There is no home remedy.

    Why is he not seeing a Physician?

    There are no home remedies.
    Could be a hernia.
    A hernia is when one part of the body pushes into another part of the body where it isn't supposed to be. In this case, an inguinal or testicular hernia. The bowel gets through the inguinal canal, which is a weak spot.
    Any hernia can be deadly serious if it 'strangulates' which quickly leads to gangrene.
    Get him to an ER.

    He just thought that it was nothing and it would go away and we don't have insurance

    I would most definitely not fool around with this. It could turn deadly very quickly.
