    Moving blood clots in lungs
My girlfriend has blood clots in both lungs. She has been on warfarin for a long while, to try and rid herself of them. One lung was full of them and the other about half. The one lung is now clear but the other is still leass than half full of clots. Recently she had a mishap and cracked 2 of her ribs. A week after cracking her ribs, she was napping on her couch, when her 5 yr old autistic son jumped on her from the back of her couch and broke them. After a very recent scan, she was told her clots had moved. We have vigorous sex often and I'm worried that perhaps our actions could dislodge a clot from somewhere. Can this happen?

This is a good question for her doctor - is there a reason why she hasn't asked?
We could ask you all day about her warfarin dosage, age, weight, smoking/drinking/medication usage, family history, her own history, general health, activity, and diet.
I would give it better than even odds that the doctor will say to ease back on vigorous anything.
