I never understood teen girls fighting over a guy that the guy might not like either one or he might like one and not the other. You need to make an understanding with your friend that it is up to him to decide IIF he wants to be a boyfriend to either one of you and have an understanding that if he does start liking either one of you that it will not hurt your friendship. Look down the line, what if he starts dating you, then breaks up with you and possibly starts dating your friend, then possibly breaks up with her, What was accomplished? Maybe nothing more than ruining your friendship
