There is no way for us to tell and there is no real way for your doctor to tell unless he was a witness to the event. The measurements that are taken early on are just that. Measurements. It's a guess at the gestational period of the growing child. Its not exact at all just close so you can get a due date and have a timeline to go by.

April 23 to June 25 is 9 weeks. I was surprised how all my doctors were able to tell me the exact days even their due date.

Your misunderstanding. The measurement isn't a guess but all babies develop on a curve. Depending on size that is where they are placed on the curve. But should you be one of those that is on the high side or lowside of the curve then it changes the timing some. But it is never exact. It can be close. But its not exact.

Conception dates are estimates, they are normally give or take 2 weeks. There is no exact dte of conception, unless you only had sex one time ever. There is no protection that is 100 percent, condoms have a 3 to 18 percent failure rate,

So this can be from other sexual times, if you were having them

But those are the only two dates no sex in between those two dates
