This is my second time taking depo provera. I started on February to take it. Since a month ago I have been having this weird pain in my groin region like if it were constipation or cramps or bloating. It is actually confusing. When I have intercourse it hurts badly sometimes. I decided to feel inside my vagina to see what I can find and I feel like a lump inside but I am not sure if it is the cervix maybe low. When I touch it it does not hurt just I can feel it and feels weird. Down in my groin area is where it hurts and feels like inflamated. Yesterday I went to eat and after I felt so bloated I couldn't move and it hurt so badly that I even felt like lumps in the groin area. It has been like this for weeks and it is scaring me because I don't find it normal. Please need help

Obviously anything we suggest is just a guess, but you may have prolapse, a sagging of an organ into the vagina - your uterus possibly, because the cervix does feel 'weird' in that it doesn't have many nerves. Or maybe you have a rectocele, which is prolapse of the rectum from a tear in the tough tissue that separates the rectum from the vagina. Or even both.

Your whole groin and pubic area can hurt from any of these, because nerves are irritated by the organs out of place.

You need to be seen by your doctor. It isn't generally an emergency, but again, I am just guessing!

Why if you have had this, so long, and it is effecting behavior, are you not going to the doctor.

As soon as you felt lumps, you should have been there.

I'm not going to go into all the causes of things we don't even know are what you have!
Prolapse, in general, is caused by weak muscles, having children, aging, organ removal, etc. It's not a disease.

I am only 20 years old, never had children, not pregnant and I'm not overwheight :S but for a year now I have been suffering constipation, maybe that caused it

Is there a test or exam I can do to maybe find out if it is this?

The only exam you can do is with a plastic speculum (which you might be able to buy at a drugstore) and have your partner open your vagina and look in with a flashlight.
And stop having sex. Why are you having sex if it hurts? Does your partner not care about your pain?
And what if you do see your rectum or uterus falling into your vagina?
Now that you tell us you are only 20, prolapse doesn't sound as likely as cysts or tumors. It could be prolapse, it could be anything.

Can this for some reason relate with blood pressure? Because this week my blood pressure increased a lot and I found out because my veins are never seen and this week they came out like popping out and they were a blue strong color. When I went to the hospital they told me it was my blood pressure that was increasing.

You are making this difficult.
You should be concerned and you should take care of yourself, not scared.
You are only 20. As you get older, you will have many health concerns, and you can't just go online and state your symptoms.
Answer my question - why won't you see a doctor?

EDIT: Now you tell us you went to an ER and have HBP.
I am not making any more suggestions.
Go to a clinic, not an ER, where you can tell ALL your symptoms. This is sounding serious.
