I am an unwed father living in Florida. I want to leave Florida and go to Pennsylvania to see family. There is no court ordered custody of my daughter. Can I get into trouble for taking her?

Why would you risk taking her without a court order? Are you discussing it with the mother or are you asking if as the father do you have the right to just do it? Crossing state lines without a court order even with the mothers consent can backfire on you if she decides to file a complaint for what ever reasons. Then if you run into problems and can not prove you had the right to have her that's a whole 'nother set of problems. Either way your in problems if you don't get a court order or some kind of legal release.
Are you just going as part of your visitation or are you considering a move away? Have you spoken to your ex about this situation.
Yes, are you on the birth certificate, ( do you have legal rights established to child)
Do you live with mother currently ?
When and how do you see mother and child ?
Is mother aware of this and what do they say
If there is no court ordered custody or visitation, then you might not have lasting trouble if you take your daughter on a vacation. But if you don't have permission from the mother and she raises a fuss, then it can cause you, temporary, headaches.
I would avoid those headaches by getting the mother's permission and/or going to court to confirm your custody and rights.
