Does a father have rights to his child if he is a sexual predator
I know someone that had a baby by a man that has 3 counts of child molestation, aggravated sexual battery 2 counts and wants to see his child which was born while he was in jail for breaking his probation. He has served 15 years in prison and has a lifetime probation. What are is rights?

His rights can only be determined by a court. Some times a court will allow such things by making a distinction that they are his kids and reason he wouldn't do that to his own kids, no matter how wrong that may be I've seen it done.

Given what you have said, I doubt if he will get anything more than supervised visitation if even that. Did she know his history when she has sex with him?

I agree, it is possible for him to get supervised visits, but a court will have to determine that
