Your doctor really should be the one to explain this to you. What did your doctor say?

Your doctors report stated that you're 5 weeks 6 days. That's a bit early to hear a heartbeat. An ultrasound can usually detect a heartbeat at around 6 weeks, but remember that ultrasound can only guess the gestational age of your baby, it's not an exact science, meaning that you may not be as far along as you thought you were, and even if you were, you're not yet 6 weeks along.

The only part of your post that is worrisome, is the "missed abortion", part.

Did the doctor request that another ultrasound be done in a few weeks?

    Thanks for your prompt response.

My doctor said that continue your medicine for one week more and visit me again. I just want to add one thing more that my menstrual cycle was irregular and I was treated for pregnancy and irregular periods.

"doctor is saying that your sac is small in size and your baby is not growing".

Please help me and guide me

    Regards
