Hi!

My husband has a 7 year old son who is now living with us for 3 months. The mother of his child has a job but had been sleeping with different men (according to her son) and is alcoholic. She doesn't provide for her son. Can my husband file for a child support and full custody?

Sure he can. Just remember this is his battle. But if he holds majority custody then he can ask the courts for a child support order.
