My mower runs fine for 10 minutes then starts bogging/sputtering. I've replaced the fuel filter, spark plug, oil and oil filter. I'm thinking that the carburetor might need to be cleaned. How do I go about doing this? There's a 3-4" brass colored bolt that I believe holds the carb on but I can't seem to loosen/remove it. What am I doing wrong?
