During menstruation, period unusually heavy, spasming to the point of tampon pushing out on it's own. Bright red thin like water, then dark brown thick like pudding. Now it's been off for three days but still have bad smelling discharge, full body ache, fever of 101 and mild abdominal pain. I'm confused.

I would definitely see your doctor. Sounds like possible toxic shock syndrome, or a severe bladder infection, but no one can diagnose online. You need to see your doctor.
