Hi, I'm a 16year old girl, and I have a very good life, loving parents and family, but latley I have been crying a lot and I don't know why.
Last year my step dad sufferd from depresson when my mum had a miss carrage and my mum has had it before, I think the loss of my real farther has something to do with it but I have no idea.
I had a really bad brake up with my ex a few months ago and that also might have had something to do with it, I just need some help, thanks :)
