    Indiana Educational support/child support
The age of emancipation in Indiana is 19, but I am having trouble finding any limitation on educational support or the continuation of child support to a college bound child. So is there a set age or is it something that is decided in court at the time of the order.

It should be specified in the original order.

Is the child of age yet? If so, I really doubt that you will be able to get a support order of any kind.

If the child is that old, now, I doubt you will get any order at this point. ** you also did not say your relationship in this.

Are you child or parent? I doubt you will get a current (new) order if child is that age already
