Am a small business I run alone. My business accounts have been frozen. Just started to be able to stand on my own without borrowing money from parent. Am barely staying alive & now I can't pay any business bills.

We would need a lot more details - is this a d/b/a? A business under your individual name? A corporation?

If this is in the US, and business is in your name, But why were you not paying the bills, is this person or business debts ? You can not just ignore debts.

If this is a valid debt and they got a judgement against you, of course they may get their money

Just the fact that you are hoping there is some kind of easy quick fix 'exempt form' has me thinking: you are not ready to be self employed. Borrow again from your parents, pay what you owe, and get a job to pay back your parents.
