What can I do to ease itchy, knotted up, and a sore where the injection site is. I rub it in, and try to run, do cardio, or a leg workout to try and work it in... but that's not helping either!

Where is the site and what kind of injection was it? How long ago did you get the injection?

Testosterone, and once a week. Always the next day when it starts to get itchy and knotted up.
