    I'm 4'11 and I'm 115 pounds
    I despertally need to lose weight I'm overweight for my
    Hight I'm about to turn 15 and I'm going to a new high school
    I'm very insercure with my body
    I haven't even gone to the pool because I'm so insuecrue about my body
    I need tips .

    Most 14 year old girls are very insecure about their bodies. You aren't the first and you won't be the last.

    The best thing for you would be to follow a good exercise and diet routine. Incidentally, swimming is one of the best exercises you can do!

    Yes, swimming and walking are the two best exercises you can do.

    Of course, avoid sugary stuff (soda, cookies, candy, cake, brownies, pie) and eat lots of lean meats, fruits, and vegetables. Cut down on wheat products too, but when you eat bread, go with whole grain products.

    I feel like my advice stinks compared to the others. So here is one important fact: Do you want to lose weight effectively? Then lose that weight slowly.
    Why? Because when you try to lose weight fast your body starts acting like an immunity system. Meaning, it will double your metabolism, after you've lost that weight. And then you will gain that weight back as fast as you lost it.
    So what? So do it slowly, (especially if it's genetic) because your body will be able to adjust and react in a better way. Also, you will be less likely to gain that weight back.
