I had a tubal in2009. Today my breast and nipples hurt. My period hasn't been the same latly. The smell of food and my boyfriends colon makes me nausious. I'm getting hot and cold I'm sleeping more. When the smell doesn't get to me I have been eaten more I have had to use the restroom more a friend said it could be early menopause I am only 27 could it be that or could there be a chance I am pregnant

Those aren't pregnancy symptoms. Every one of them can be attributed to something else... GUYS even experience most of those from time to time. Sore nipples is USUALLY an indicator your period is close... its common with women and is hormone related which fluctuates over your cycle..

You have to wait until you are 2 weeks late for a period and take a test... until then all you are doing is making wild guesses.

Early menopause is possible but unlikely... so is a pregnancy... but there are documented cases of tubes regrowing or reattaching.

I will ask if you are over weight ?

But does not sound like pregnancy at all. And Period not the same is not the same as NO period.
