Movie where boy who is abused by his dad writes about it and shares it in his class and like reads to this one girl and then they go to detention together and she gives him an orange cause she has an "extra" and then they don't see each other but the next time they do they make out and then he's like "if I go missing I will be alive" or something like that. Yea and he like over doses on drugs that one time and his sisters like a prostitute or something and the make out in the bathroom and he becomes like a Jesus preacher man or something
