My friend showed me this music video, but I can't remember the name of the artist or any of the lyrics the only thing that sticks was the video.

It was an all white room, and there was a guy singing and as he was singing he was running black paint all over his body so that he stood out amongst the white room. And then started doing the same to the girl in front of him. And at the end the were white again..
Any idea what sing this is?
