    No water at tap
I have a gas hot water heater with shut-off valves for both hot and cold. The hot developed a leak because of corrosion. Yesterday I replaced the valve, and the copper supply line to the top of the water heater.
Now I have no water at the kitchen sink. Any Ideas, thoughts would be helpful.
I have no clue why that would happed, oh yes, I had full water pressure before changing the valve.
    Thanks, Len

What has happened here is that in replacing the plumbing you disturbed minerals built up in the pipe walls that are now clogg the kitchen faucet.
First check the screen on the aerator located on the spout. If that doesn't get it The cartridge is clogged . Shut the water off and pull the cartridge, Check the inlet ports for trash and clean. Now place a pan over the open valve and turn the water back on for a minute to flush out the supply. You should have a strong stream when doing so. Reassemble and test. If that works do it on all affected taps, good luck, Tom

Thanks for the rapid reply... forgive the ignorance, but what is a Ben Bullock cartridge? Search brings up no results.

    TIA, len
