I already make HQ cream 4-5% + tret(retin-A) + Desonide 0.1 in the past, dissolving Desonide powder with the help of Proplyene Glycol.

Now I was wondering how do I mix a ready Hydroquinon cream(4-5%) with mometasone? Can I dissolve mometasone also with Proplyne Glycol?
