I have a 2003 dodge neon se car smells like its flooded when you go to start it you have to crank it several times for it to start and when you turn heat or ac on it stalls out anybody got any ideas I had to hold the pedal down for it to start

Check for any codes or pending codes, using an advanced scan tool. Go over the ignition system, making sure the coil, spark plugs, spark plug wires, etc. are in great shape. Also, don't overlook the MAF Sensor, oxygen sensor, and catalytic converter.
