No one here can diagnose over the Internet. What's the cause of the coughing/wheezing?

What part of the world are you in?
From your other question about your mother, I have a feeling that you are not getting good medical care.

Humidity. Warmth from head to foot. Drink plenty of warm liquids so that any cough is 'productive' (bringing up mucous). Have lungs listened to for the wheezing to see if there is any pulmonary disease, pneumonia, and be checked for allergies. Get antibiotics if a cough lasts over a month.
