I'm 4 weeks pregnant and having light bleeding , not enough to fill a pad , with no pain or cramping , is this a sign of a miscarriage ?

Bleeding in early pregnancy is actually quite common. What you need to watch out for is bright red period-like blood and cramping.

With that said, it would still be in your best interests to call your doctor in the morning.
