My right hand joints hurt to make a fist, left is starting also. Along with that my left foot feels very odd, almost like numb feeling, but yet I know I am walking on it. With pressure feeling and tingle feeling. What should I do? Should I be concerned?

I have carpel Tunnel in my hands and you really feel that when you wake up. A hand and wrist splint really prevents you bending your wrist while sleeping and it does help from the nerve being aggravated. The numbness in your leg or feet my dad had and he had neuropathy (sp?) in his hand and feet. They were cold, tingly and very painfull at times. They say that all off theses symptoms can be related to heavy drinking, diabetes, bad circulation.
