I have an IUD and I have been having cramps, bloating, nausea, and heightened sense of smell like what comes with a period but I haven't had a period since July 2010 when I had the IUD put in. I have had these symptoms before and have been to the doctor for them and it was nothing. But that time it only lasted for a week. This time it has been going on since the 10th of June so almost 2 weeks. I took a home pregnancy test on Saturday the 15th and it was negative. I am not sure what to do now.

You need to see your Gynecologist... a pregnancy with an IUD is remotely possible... and if it does happen it can be dangerous if something isn't done.
