How long its going to take to get a passport after buying the form(express), filled and submitted

What country do you live in; in Canada it is ten days for express passport. You can find out from your government's passort website. We are not that website.

I live in ghana but I didn't find it at the site.

For me

I am a 20year old girl. And I live in ghana. My boyfriend lives in america and will like to visit him by September. He is the sole sponsar of my trip. We are yet to start the process but I want to know if it will be possible to complete the whole process by August ending or early September.
