And if it is a yes,then,I had same situation on 23 may,my last period was on 24 April.so I was expecting my period on 23 or 24 may.bt it did nt come.I took pregnancy test on 12 June and 16 June which come out negative

Remotely, but unlikely but it depends on a lot of other things... like where both of your hands had gone at all times during all of this. Playing with him and then touching yourself is all it takes...

But seriously... unless you REALLY understand how human reproduction works... and not rumours and things your friends who know little about it tell you. THen you should not be fooling around sexually until you are ready to have a child... because even if you DO know very well how it works... anytime you fool around with each other its possible.

And the less you know... the more possible and more likely it will be.

Yes, I know,we never do these things,it was jurt an accident.we were alone and it happened.but we are not going to repeat this mistake again until marrhage.and xes that time we did not toubh eabh each other organ.thew were inshde clothes only

You were both wearing clothes, you had a pad on to boot, and he didn't ejaculate. I'd really like to see links to these other sites that are telling you that pregnancy is possible with this scenario.
