My 5 year old son had a myringoplasty surgery done 3 weeks ago. Things are great and there has not been any complications. Today is splash day at school. It is just a baby pool that they get to get wet in. His dad forgot his ear plugs. Is it OK for him to get wet? He knows not to get his ears wet however he is only 5

The person to make this decision is his Physician, not strangers on line. If he was told not to get water inside his ears the Doctor was serious about it.
