I need to know if I should go

My rule of thumb is... if you really have to think about going to the ER... then you should.

But realistically... clarify... burst.

It's leaking what? Is it yellow or green? Is there a foul odor?

Being where it is located (Close proximity to a source of fecal coli-form and other bacteria - basically your anus)... perhaps it would be best to have a doctor look at it...

Yellow puss and blood

It can wait until tomorrow when your doctor is open. The ER is an emergency room for a reason. This is not an emergency and will waste plenty of valuable resources for those people who are in actual crisis.

Until then, keep it clean, and as open to air as possible.
