I have black hair, and green eyes thatf shift from lighter to darker depending on myy mood. But I want myy eyes to be light green, or at least appear light green al the time. I don't want to dye myy hear, so if you have adcive on what make-up and clothes I should wear, please? I really like the coulor black, so if you could maybe give me coulor combinations, with black in it would also be great, but all advice welcome tnxX.. :)

I've never heard of eyes changing color according to mood - wear green, shades of green. Or get contacts.

Well it is kind of hard to say but hear are some suggestions
First with going on what your wearing what ever bottoms you choose can be black and the your top can be a color
Now on to your makeup that hard to say because like you said your eyecolor changes so here are my suggestions on makeup wise
Maybe look up some things on YouTube
You can also do black eyeliner and a colorful eyeshadow
Or you can just wear a colorful eye shadow stick

Clever idea - black bottom and colored top.
