My 'best friend' really likes me, not sure If I like her back...
So I have this friend, who really really adores me. She's OK, but sometimes she's too annoying. If I try to give her a bit of a hint, e.g. "Oi, you might want to be quiet otherwise you might get in trouble" She will just get mad and say "Woah calm down!" And whenever we have fights, she always makes me forgive her. I have 2 sorry cards right now, heaps of friend poems and all that crap. It really makes me feel guilty though. Whenever I hang out with other friends, she gets mad at me and says I reject her. And now she's spreading roumurs about me not wanting to be her friend anymore and that I hate he and stuff. I can't go up to her face though, and just say "I don't want to be your friend anymore. Once, I said to leave me alone after one of our fights and she starts to cry. Please help me, I have absolutley no idea what to do about it

It sounds to me as if she knows you feel too guilty about things, and is using that to manipulate you. I don't see any partial solution to this. You are going to have to make your point and make it stick. If she cries, let her cry. If she gets mad, walk away. If she starts rumors that you don't like her, let her do that. She expects you to deny them; don't deny them. Let HER cope with the rumors that SHE has spread. If she can settle down and be less clingy, maybe you CAN be friends. If she can't, it's only going to work on HER terms, and you've said you can't take that. So as I said, make your point and make it stick.

Your friend is playing with your emotions. She knows how to make you feel guilty. Worst she is spreading rumours about you. So I would suggest to leave her because such obsessive person will create more trouble for you in future.

One thing that is not tolerable in a friendship is jealousy of other friends.
Tell her so, and end it as gently but as firmly as possible, by hanging out with them.

Sounds like in her mind she has made you boyfriend girlfriend. Tell her that if she wants you to be friends that means she needs to quit playing games which include rumors, telling you who you can and can not be friends with, etc... She will never get a boyfriend that way and even more she can not be good girl friend material acting the way she does and as smkanand said she WILL create more trouble for you in the future going on as she is.
