My last date of periods was 20th may and my breast always get painful before one week from periods date now still my breast get painful but I didn't have periods yet
Am I pregnant ?
I did a home pregnancy test and that was negative
I have a symptoms like I am peeing too much ,cramps and food cravings

You have to wait until you are at least two weeks late for you period before you test or you will likely get false negatives if you are.

You aren't two weeks late yet.

I am 2 days late only
But I want to ask that my breast gets painful is this a pregnancy sign or periods are about to come?

MOST women's breasts get tender at and around their period. It has NOTHING to do with pregnancy, it has everything to do with hormones... in fact there are no actual pregnancy symptoms other than a period that doesn't come before you start to show and the changes in the changes in the breast tissue preparing for lactation.

Most of the so-called pregnancy sysptoms aren't... MOST of them guys have from time to time... and in the history of mankind... no man has ever gotten pregnant.
