A credit card machine company has judgement againsted me which I returned to them in good condition. Can they get our social security check that is our noly income or our home.

Depending on what type of SS you are getting, the income may be exempt. But once its in your bank account, it is open to seizure. You need to inform your bank that all deposits are from exempt sources.
