It sounds like it want to start but does not turn over .what could it be?

You say " it want to start but does not turn over"... does that mean the engine spins but doesn't start?
Does it seem to turn over faster than it used to? That would indicate a possible timing belt.
If it sounds the same, you need to find out if it is getting spark. You may need a coil or ignition control module.
