    I been married to my lovely husband for 1yr 6mo and we been married only islamicly and I am American citizen and I want to give him citizen too please help my sister did papers without being married in court ? Please help

    You don't... and can't give him a citizenship here... he has to apply for it like everyone else... and that means paying all the money.. following all the rules... and waiting all the time needed... and understand that even then he might not be accepted.

    Being married to an American does not automatically guarantee a spouse will even get a VISA... much less a green card.

    If you want to bring your spouse to US, apply for immigrant visa for him. He must maintain permanent resident status for 3 years to be eligible to apply for naturalization.

    About your sister, it's different. As a US citizen, you can apply for immigrant visa for her, but she may have to wait for visa number several years, depends on what country she's from. Average is 10-12 years and probably longer for some countries like China, India, etc.
