My 2 year old grandson has a boil developing on his penis, he complain that it hurts. Now as a adult I have suffered w/a boil once in my life it's was a horrible experience. How can I help him so he don't have to suffer like I did?

You take him to the doctor!

This could easily be a staph infection considering the location of the boil. Get it properly diagnosed.
