"...a 10000v circuit..."
Would you please double check this number for accuracy? That doesn't make sense.

Im trying to find out If its possible to run a 220v 7.7amp pump of a two pole breaker which is already running a 220v 33. Amp well pump?
I meant 23amp well pump
So you want to add a 7.7 amp pump to a circuit with a 23 amp pump already on it?
What size is the circuit breaker? What size are the existing conductors? Copper?
What is this for? A pool? A well?
To be within the electrical code you should check the pump manufacturer's installation instructions for any limitations or requirements for operation.
