    Moen Motionsense Sensor
Brand new faucet. I think I love it but the automatic sensor (not the wave sensor) only stays on for two seconds and your hand or plate can't move away at all. Impossible to rinse a dish. Help! The wave sensor woks fine.

    Hi Carol

The first thing I would do is to check that all the electrical connections under the sink are tight.

The second thing I would do is replace the batteries... even if you are sure they are new. If that fails to resolve the issue, call moen @ 1800BUYMOEN and talk to technical support about the problem. The tech. guys at moen will help to quickly resolve the problem and can/will send parts, if needed, at no charge to you (shipping is also free).

    Good luck!
